For vendors

A vendor is any business listing services on the marketplace. Once approved through KYC they get a dedicated panel under /vendor/*.

Dashboard & metrics

• Dashboard (/vendor/dashboard) — services count, total bookings, paid revenue, pending count, 7-day revenue chart, recent bookings.
• Quick actions — service editor, availability, payouts, gallery.

Inventory management

• Services (/vendor/services) — create / edit listings (tour, hotel, car or generic).
• Tour departures — schedule departures with capacity and per-departure pricing.
• Hotel room types — per-property rooms with bed configuration and base nightly price.
• Car availability — day-by-day available units, override prices, mark closed dates.

Operations

• Bookings (/vendor/bookings) — paginated list with status / payment / search filters.
• Reviews — reply publicly to any review with audit-tracked vendor replies.
• Messages — customer DM inbox.
• Payouts (/vendor/payouts) — monthly aggregated payouts with reference numbers and status.

Integrations

• iCal sync (/vendor/ical) — per-vendor token URL that exports bookings as a calendar feed.
• KYC verification (/vendor/kyc) — upload documents, track status, see reviewer notes.
• Gallery (/vendor/gallery) — owner-scoped media assets used across listings.

Commission & pricing

Commission percentages are set globally by the admin via commission_rules. Vendors see the rate that applies to each booking as a line item on their payout statement.
