For operators

The admin panel lives under /admin/* and a handful of cross-cutting Volt panels (/analytics, /crm, /kanban, etc.). The first user created by the wizard has full admin role.

Marketplace control

• Bookings (/admin/bookings) — global view with filters.
• Services (/admin/services) — override any listing, set featured flag, change visibility.
• Vendors (/admin/vendors) — approve / reject KYC, see vendor performance.
• Users (/users) — promote, demote, ban, audit.

Money & tax

• Payouts (/admin/payouts) — process payout batches.
• Coupons (/admin/coupons) — percent / fixed / first-booking promo codes with usage limits.
• Taxes (/admin/taxes) — per-country, per-service-type tax rules.
• Commission rules — per-category commission percentages.

Marketing & CRM

• Email templates (/admin/email-templates) — WYSIWYG editor with placeholders.
• Attribution (/admin/attribution) — UTM source + campaign grouped revenue.
• CRM (/crm) — pipeline with stages, value, owner, last touch.
• Analytics (/analytics) — revenue trends, conversion rate, top services.

Internal ops

• Kanban (/kanban) — tasks with priorities, tags, drag-to-column.
• Documents (/documents) — legal / finance / brand / tech vault with downloads.
• Messages (/messages) — admin can read every vendor-customer thread.
• Settings (/settings) — platform-level toggles backed by app_settings.
