Japanese hospitality at its finest
From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The Deluxe King Room was immaculate with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The rooftop pool at sunset was magical, and the breakfast buffet had everything from traditional Japanese to Western options. The concierge even arranged a private sushi-making class for us. Will definitely return.

Excellent hotel, pricey dining
The room was gorgeous and the location is unbeatable — five minutes to Shinjuku Station. The spa was heavenly. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the on-site restaurants are extremely expensive, even by Tokyo standards. The 45th floor kaiseki dinner was $200 per person. But if budget isn't a concern, this place is absolute perfection.

Worth the splurge
Saved up for this hotel and it exceeded every expectation. The attention to detail is incredible — from the yukata robes to the in-room Nespresso machine to the turn-down service with Japanese sweets. The staff remembered our names after the first day. This is what 5-star hospitality should be.
